I require a phone call consultation with all new guests before approving any first time visits. If we haven’t spoken on the phone, you do not have an appointment.
Why do I require a phone call consultation?
If you are like many of my curlies, chances are you’ve had less than ideal salon experiences. Building trust before we ever meet is incredibly important to me so you know what to anticipate during our time together, and feel comfortable with how I do things. We also will be spending at least 2.5 hours together during your first visit, so being a good fit for each other matters A TON. I value both of our time way too much to waste it.
